The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service company process the orders, which takes an additional 1-3 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. 96% of orders arrive in 5-12 business days unless outside of the US, UK, and Canada. Other estimated delivery times are shown below:
5-12 business days for United States
8-14 business days for the UK and Canada
16-25 business days everywhere else

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service generally, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
